In partnership with the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) Cardona Municipal Jail, the Rizal Provincial Technical Education and Skills Development Center (RPTESDC) Binangonan conducted a skills training program on Cookies and Cupcake Making.

Facilitated by Ms. Aira A. Regalario (cupcake making) and Ms. Alicia B. Medina (cookie making), the training benefitted 67 persons deprived of liberty (PDLs), including 13 females and 54 males. Participants were divided into two batches and gained hands-on experience in baking, equipping them with skills for self-employment or future livelihood opportunities.
