TESDA IV-A Regional Director Archie A. Grande, CESO III, paid a courtesy visit to Governor Nina Ricci A. Ynares on February 6, 2025, at the Rizal Provincial Capitol, alongside TESDA Rizal officials.

Governor Ynares underscored the province’s growing wedding industry and requested TESDA’s support in specialized training for makeup artistry, floral arrangements, photography, catering, and other related fields. She also highlighted the need for training in basket weaving, plant sculpture, pet grooming, and aesthetics to provide more livelihood opportunities for the youth.

RD Grande assured TESDA’s commitment to addressing these needs through micro-credentials, which offer flexible, industry-relevant training to quickly upskill workers. He emphasized TESDA’s dedication to building a skilled workforce aligned with Rizal’s evolving industries.
