Cainta Inmates Gain New Skills Through TESDA-Led Training

The Rizal Provincial Technical Education and Skills Development Center (RPTESDC) Cainta, in partnership with the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) Cainta Municipal Jail, successfully conducted a livelihood training program on Massage Oil Making and Body Massage on February 10, 2025.
