On March 3, 2025, the Provincial Technical Education and Skills Development Center (PTESDC) - Taytay and the 2nd Service Support Battalion (2SSBN), 2nd Infantry Division (2ID), Philippine Army, formalized their partnership through a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) to provide skills training for officers and uniformed personnel.

Ms. Catherine Joy M. Custodio, PTESDC-Taytay Center Administrator, and LTC Gerard Quinn Angelo C. Ramos (GSC), 2SSBN Commanding Officer, signed the MOA, witnessed by key TESDA and military officials. The agreement follows a special meeting on February 28, 2025, at Camp Capinpin, Tanay, Rizal, where both parties finalized training initiatives and resource-sharing strategies.

This collaboration paves the way for enhanced skills development programs, strengthening the partnership between TESDA and the Philippine Army in advancing technical education.
