In celebration of the 2025 National Women’s Month with the theme "Babae sa Lahat ng Sektor, Aangat ang Bukas sa Bagong Pilipinas," TESDA PTC-Paliparan conducted a Gender and Development (GAD) Seminar and Livelihood Training at the BJMP Dasmariñas City Female Dorm on March 8, 2025, led by Warden Atty. Jessela L. Tariman.

GAD Focal Ms. Adela A. Terrible discussed women’s sexual and reproductive health rights, while Ms. Lucille T. Añasco facilitated a Perfume Making Training. Training Center Administrator Ms. Lorena P. Lim introduced TESDA’s course offerings and encouraged participants to acquire skills for livelihood.

The event benefited 30 Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDLs) in the Perfume Making Training and 180 in the GAD seminar. This initiative aimed to equip PDLs with valuable skills and knowledge, empowering them for reintegration into society.
